Can I Return Any Product?
- Baseballtown.ca does not currently offer exchanges.
- We accept returns on products within a 10-day period following the date of delivery.
- No refund on gift cards.
- No refund on products purchased on presale. Delivery dates are approximate and not guaranteed. Any factors beyond our control can cause delays in delivery.
- We accept returns on defective products from manufacturing defects within a 10-day period following the date of delivery.
- We will refuse returns for which the items are not in their original state, packaging, or are missing the original tags.
- No returns will be accepted on jocks or sliding shorts.
- Shipping costs paid by the customer on order are non-refundable.
- Returns generated by order errors committed by Baseball Town on delivery of mistaken products will also be accepted within a 10-day period following the date of delivery.
- If we made an error on your order, please contact us immediately at [email protected] and we will assist you.
Return Fees
- All shipping fees generated by returns are the customer’s responsibility and will therefore be deducted from the refund.
- If your order was free of shipping costs, the return fee is $20 + taxes. ( Catcher's set and big items can cost more than 20$. Contact us to know the return cost)
- For customers who paid for shipping, the return fee will be of the identical amount.
- The original product box must be packaged for return. There will be an additional 25% fee if the box is damaged by tape.
How to Return Products
Free Returns in Store
You can return any item purchased on baseballtown.ca in a Baseball Town shop. Note that in-store returns on Saturday and Sunday will be refunded on the following Tuesday at the latest.

You can also use any other courier. All fees will be paid by you.

From Outside Canada
Ship items by USPS, paid for and send via insured ground shipping. Avoid unnecessary delays by writing clearly “Canadian Merchandise Return” on the package.
Do not return items via UPS or other couriers since customs fees or broker fees will be charged to you and the merchandise will be refused by Baseball Town.
